Oral history interview with William Kellett [sound recording] / interviewed by Howard Fredricks. 1976.

Kellett discusses his family background and life in Neenah, Wisconsin. He describes his father's alcoholism and its effects on the family; his parents' divorce and his mother becoming sole parent; and his education, leading to a degree in chemical engineering. He details his involvement in the paper products industry, his eventual management of the Kimberly-Clark Corporation, and his association with members of the Kimberly family. He discusses his election to the University of Wisconsin Board of Trustees, his activity on the Volunteer Task Force, and his views on higher education.
